Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days after receiving them. Each order includes one gift box to minimize packaging waste—if you'd like separate boxes for each piece, please leave us a note at checkout.

📦 Shipping & Tracking
Orders within Canada and the USA include tracking information. International orders outside these countries may not come with tracking. Shipping times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number if applicable.

🌎 Customs & Duties

Note for U.S. Customers:
This item ships from Canada using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). The listing price already includes all applicable tariffs, duties, and import fees, so no additional charges will be due upon delivery.

Buyers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs or duties fees that may apply at their country’s borders. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing or postal service issues.
