Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges—just contact us and send the item back within 14 days of delivery.

📦 Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value (as agreed upon with us).

To start a return, email us at stushjewellery@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

🔄 Exchanges
The quickest way to get a different item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once the return is approved.

⚠️ Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, though your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
